Welcome to ForNormals.ai. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration
To access our courses, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Purchases and Payments
Courses can be purchased individually or as a bundle. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Once a purchase is completed, you receive lifetime access to the purchased content. All course purchases are final and non-refundable. A free course is available for you to evaluate the platform before buying. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
3. Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" means you can access your purchased courses for as long as ForNormals.ai continues to operate the platform. We will provide reasonable notice if the platform is discontinued, and make course content available for download.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Share your account credentials with others • Redistribute, resell, or republish course content • Use automated tools to scrape or download course materials • Abuse the AI tutoring feature (e.g., generating harmful content) • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience • Submit prompts to the Prompt Cookbook that contain harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
5. AI Features
Our platform includes AI-powered tutoring. AI responses are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You should verify important information independently.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, design, and materials on ForNormals.ai are owned by us or licensed to us. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not reproduce or distribute the content.
7. User-Generated Content
When you submit prompts to the Prompt Cookbook, you grant ForNormals.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and share that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original submissions and can request their removal at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
ForNormals.ai is an educational platform. We provide courses and tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or subscription.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fornormals.ai. Upon termination, your access to purchased courses will be revoked.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
