1. Try Before You Buy

Our "AI in Daily Life" module is completely free for all registered users. We encourage you to complete this free course and explore the AI playground before making any purchase. This way, you can be confident the platform is right for you.

2. Course Purchases (All Sales Final)

All course purchases — including individual modules, the full course bundle, and the premium annual bundle — are final and non-refundable. Because you have access to a free course to evaluate the platform before buying, we do not offer refunds on paid courses. Once purchased, you receive lifetime access to the content.

3. Pro Subscription (AI Messages)

The Pro subscription (€4.99/month or €39.99/year) can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. When you cancel: • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period • You will not be charged again after cancellation • Your message limit reverts to the free tier after the period ends We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel mid-period, you retain Pro access for the remainder of that billing period.

4. Free Course Rewards

Courses unlocked through achievement rewards (at 40 and 80 achievements) are free and non-refundable, as no payment was made. These courses cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
